1. 12 Months Limited Warranty
    These AlgoLaser After-Sales Policies (these "Policies") apply only to AlgoLaser products purchased by you from authorised retailers of AlgoLaser for your own use and not for resale. By using your AlgoLaser product, you agree to these Policies.

For customers who have purchased AlgoLaser products directly through our official websites: www.algolaser.com, we offer a 12-month warranty on each product from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product does not function properly during the warranty period, you can obtain after-sales service by contacting AlgoLaser technical support at http://www.algolaser.com/support. You must provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt and order number (for AlgoLaser Direct Sales) for warranty service. Fees may be charged for services not covered by this Limited Warranty.

  1. Return and refund policy
    1) Your package has not been shipped yet:

In this case, send us an e-mail to cancel your order via store@algolaseraser.com within 24 hours. This way, you will receive the full amount you paid. Do not open a refund, as this will prolong the refund process and a part of the handling fee (charged by your payment bank) will be deducted from your refund.

2) Your package is on its way:

In this case, you should email us as soon as possible to intercept your package at store@algolaser.com. The product must comply with the After-Sales policy and you must pay the shipping costs and a possible service fee. You will receive a refund of your purchase price and pay us the costs such as return shipping costs, intercept fees and additional customs fees.

3) Your package has been received:

Unopened packages with the original receipt:

You will receive a refund of your purchase price, but you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional customs charges that may arise.

Opened packages, unused, with original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged:

You will receive a refund of your purchase price and pay us a service charge of 10% of the retail price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional customs charges that may arise.

Within 30 days of receiving the product, unpacked, unused, with the original receipt, all original materials and packaging:

You will receive a refund of the purchase price and AlgoLaser will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional customs charges that may arise.

Opened packages, used, with no visible wear or damage, within 30 days of shipment with the original receipt, with all original packaging and materials except Proof Grade Materials, undamaged:

You will receive a refund of your purchase price and pay us a service charge of 20% of the sale price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional customs charges that may arise.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, defect or missing parts between 30 days and 3 months after receiving your machine:

You will receive a refund of your purchase price and pay us a service charge of 30% of the retail price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional customs charges that may arise.

Return method

To return your product, send us an e-mail to get the shipping address, and we will give you a return address. Depending on where you live, it may take several time for your ordered and exchanged product to reach you. We will also update the tracking number of your order by e-mail to provide you with the logistical information of your package.

Refund time

After we receive and verify the returned machine, we will process the refund and email you the relevant proof, which usually takes 3-5 working days to process. All refunds are in US dollars. When the refund reaches your account also depends on the efficiency of your payment bank. If you have not received your refund long after processing, please contact the payment bank.

If you agree to our policy, your refund will be processed. Please note that the percentage of service charge mentioned above is based on the total price of the goods. If there are any special circumstances, please email store@algolaser.com for assistance.

  1. Maintenance policy
    Within the one-year warranty, if the product is not working properly and needs maintenance or repair, you can contact us to submit your request.

Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you request a maintenance service, the shipping costs for both returning and reshipping the product and the repair costs will be covered by us.

After 7 days but within one year of receiving the product, if you request a maintenance service, the shipping costs for returning the product must be covered by the customer, while we will cover the repair costs and shipping costs for resending the product.

Note: We usually return the product to your original delivery address, so if you have changed address during the product servicing process, please provide us with the new address before we ship the product.

  1. What this After-Sales Policy does NOT cover
    × Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

× Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days from purchase).

× The product has been received for more than 3 months.

× Damage caused by unauthorised modification, disassembly or opening of the housing contrary to official instructions or manuals.

× Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, improper use or operation contrary to official instructions or manuals.

× Lost or stolen products.

× Free products

× Items whose warranty period has expired.

× Purchases from unauthorised resellers

× Damage caused by an unauthorised service provider.

× Damage caused by unauthorised modification of circuits and improper or incorrect use of the battery and charger.

× Damage caused by reliability or compatibility problems when using unauthorised third-party parts.

× Uninterrupted or faultless operation of a product.

× Failure of, or damage caused by, third-party products, including those that AlgoLaser may supply or integrate into the AlgoLaser product at your request.

× Damage caused by non-AlgoLaser technical or other support, such as assistance with "how-to" questions or incorrect product set-up and installation.

× Products or parts with an altered identification label or whose identification label has been removed.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    When receiving service, AlgoLaser is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in AlgoLaser's possession or in transit, if AlgoLaser is responsible for transportation. Under no circumstances, and regardless of the failure of an essential purpose of any remedy stated herein, will AlgoLaser, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers be liable for any of the following, even if advised of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other liability theories: 1) Third party claims against you for damages; 2) Special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, operating income, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no event shall the total liability of AlgoLaser, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not exceeding the amount paid for the product. The above limitation does not apply to damages for personal injury (including death), damage to real estate or damage to tangible personal property for which AlgoLaser is legally liable.

As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

  1. Limitation of Warranty
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, AlgoLaser disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including: (a) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement; and (b) any warranty arising out of trade, use or commerce. The AlgoLaser entities do not warrant, except as expressly set out in AlgoLaser's limited warranty, that the product, product accessories or any part of the product, or any material, will be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, AlgoLaser limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at AlgoLaser's option, the repair or replacement services provided in this limited warranty.

Some jurisdictions may prohibit disclaimer of warranties and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

  1. Your Other Rights
    This Limited Warranty provides you with additional and specific legal rights. You may have other rights under the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with AlgoLaser. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your legal rights, including consumer rights under laws or regulations relating to the sale of consumer goods that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
