We are resellers of the TwoTrees, Algolaser and Monport laser brands. In doing so, we are bound by the warranty provisions of our suppliers. You can find these provisions on the following supplier pages (in English) or in the attached link on our pages.

Naturally, as a reseller, we will provide support when a problem occurs with the hardware you purchased through our website. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible when you experience a problem. We will then contact the relevant supplier directly and together try to solve the problem as soon as possible within the conditions set by the supplier.
